Something shocked me when I watched these two videos. Although they’re only roughly a year apart, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez don’t seem remotely similar in self confidence, social awareness, physical development, etc. Justin looks like a teenage boy, nowhere near his SMV prime. He reminds me of high school days. Selena looks like a woman in her SMV prime.
Selena recently turned 20. In the context of generalized SMV prime ages of men and women, Selena’s SMV as a 20 year old matches that of a male 35 year old.
